The flat is located in the picturesque village Sankt Aldegund near the cycling track along the river Mosel. In close vicinity to the flat you will find the shipping pier (boat trips in the direction of Beilstein/ Cochem as well as Zell/ Pünderich), a landing stage, a playground, a sportsground and the bus stop of line 711 to Cochem and Bullay station, respectively. From here, you can start wonderful hiking trips. The via ferrata Calmont, Germany’s steepest vineyard, is accessible on foot within about thirty minutes.  According to the season, Sankt Aldegund offers guided tours of the historical village. The local wine festival traditionally takes place at the last weekend of July.
