Oldest Jewish cemetery in Europe with about 2500 graves. The oldest gravestone dates from 1058/1059 and documents the first great heyday of the Jewish community in Worms, which has been documented since around the year 1000.
It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site ShUM sites Speyer, Worms, Mainz - Jewish heritage for the world.

November to March Sunday to Friday 9:30-16:00, last admission 15:40
April to October Sunday to Friday 9:30-17:00, last admission 16:40

Closed on Saturdays and Jewish holidays. Also closed: Christmas holidays, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Good Friday. Short-term changes / closures are possible at any time, please check the notice board on site.
