On 16th August 2008 the museum opened its doors to the public. On a surface of 200 sqm, its visitors learn a lot about the Limes, whose beginning (caput limitis) is in Rheinbrohl , conflicts, barter and trade, the Roman soldiers' life, attire, battle tactics and weaponry.
